B&Q drawings (first day)

These are for my course, we spent the day in B&Q, the project is on pictorial space.

recent stuff

'habit@'

This painting is of a large cardboard structure we created together and then made a willow tree to go inside it. It was on the theme of a graveyard- the part below the cardboard horizontal strut is meant to be underground. It was a lot of fun to make and paint and I'm happy with the painting I produced, which is the first time this has happened since I started my university course. I like the colours and the fantastical feel to it.

first self-portrait in a while

Not sure about this one. I like the colours and the paint application but the proportions are off. Ah well.

new stuff

Really happy with some elements of these. The first is an A1 drawing for coursework of our cooker, the second is an attempt at a psychedelic drawing for a club night, the next three are my usual sketches of people.
